I try to cook low fat with very little oil almost every meal. If I do use oil I use coconut or olive oil mostly.

Since I am trying to lower my cholesterol and my goal is to go completely fat-free, I usually make fat-fred or low-fat meals all the time. Your site is one of my favorites for inspiration. Keep up the good work, Barb!

I eat low fat every day. I do have some cheat days for when I go out of town and try out new restaurants, but overall, I do pretty well.

I’ve been trying to find a low fat, low cal and low carb vegetarian cookbook for the longest time!
I try to cook something of this sort everyday but ya know how that happens. Not everyone likes what I make so break out the del every pizza.

I always prepare vegan meals, but low fat not so much. I don’t use a lot of oil though and prefer nuts, tahini, and avocado!

All of my meals are plant-based, and about half are low in fat. I have no qualms about using nuts and avocados, and I try to limit adding oil.

Oh my gosh, how did I not know there was a China Study cookbook?! Sounds awesome! Plus your pictures are gorgeous 🙂 I go low-fat fairly often, but I’m not shy about nuts or avocadoes, and will gladly cook veggies in a bit of avocado oil if it makes me scarf them down faster!

I use very little oil on a daily basis. I try to use applesauce in baked goods and sometimes sweat my veggies in water instead of sauteeing them in oil.

I’m glad there are cookbooks and websites with such great healthy vegan recipes. I’m not terribly creative when it comes to making up my own recipes and I can get stuck into ruts of eating the same ol’ dish on my own. So Yay for Cookbooks and recipe blogs! 🙂
