I am excited to announce that the series of "The Key To Reentry Success Workbooks" will be available in hard copies, e-workbooks, and tablets for use inside and outside correctional facilities and can be used in conjunction with existing groups. They can also be used as stand-alone programs with minimal supervision saving staff time!This series of workbooks is designed to help justice-impacted individuals transition and reintegrate into the community, providing them with the necessary skills and tools for personal development and success. The first workbook, "Motivational Tips and Tools To Promote Change," includes exercises to enhance motivation and commitment to positive changes. The second workbook, "Tips and Tools For Developing A Thinking For Success Mindset," focuses on understanding how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors, helping individuals develop more rational and balanced thinking. The third workbook, "Tips and Tools To Manage Emotions," offers strategies for emotional regulation, helping manage feelings like anger and frustration. The fourth workbook, "Tips and Tools To Increase Positive Behaviors," provides exercises to develop coping skills such as problem-solving and communication. The fifth workbook, "Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders," educates on mental health and addiction, offering strategies to cope with these issues both during and after incarceration. Finally, the sixth workbook, "Tips and Tools For A Successful Reentry," includes practical exercises for creating a reentry plan to increase the chances of a successful transition back into society.
